🌸 Where are you shipping from/shop currency?
The store is located in Italy, Europe and all the packages are shipped from here. We process all orders in EUR and you will be checkout using the most current exchange rates.
🌸 SHIPPING
You have the option to select either Priority Airmail (without tracking) or Registered Airmail (tracked shipping). The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order.
Please note that if you choose the option of shipping without tracking (priority airmail) you will have no way to follow the package and, in case it is lost I will not be able to do anything as I am not responsible for the work of the post offices. No refund is possible in this case.
Delivery time (approx.)
> 7-14 days to arrive to European countries.
> 2-8 weeks (sometimes more) to arrive to US, Australia, Asia and other non-European countries.

If your package get sent back to me (undamaged/in good conditions) due to unpaid customs, failed delivery, wrong address, I can re-sent it to you but you will have to cover the shipping cost. In the event of a refund request (if possible), shipping costs will be deducted. Please remember that it is your responsibility to check the shipment tracking.
- Packages are packed perfectly, once shipped it is not our responsibility if the package arrives damaged. In that case you must contact the shipping company that delivered the package.
- FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that I am not responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. If your package is returned to me (in undamaged/good condition) due to unpaid customs or VAT fees/refused by customs I can resend it, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. In the event of a refund request (if possible), shipping costs will be deducted.
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER:
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail saying "your order is on its way" which means your package is ready to depart (This means that the package is ready to go and that once it has been taken to the post office/courier, it will take a few more days to complete the postal procedures)
- If you selected a tracked shipping you will also get an e-mail with the tracking code (could be in the same e-mail or a separated one! It takes a few days for the tracking number to update. You may receive an e-mail from a third party company that takes care of the shipping process.
- It may happens that sometimes I upgrade your shipping to a tracked one but if you chose the priority airmail the same policy (Priority Airmail/untracked package policy) will apply to your package/order .
🌸 SHIPPING TO USA
Shipping to the U.S. is available again. For now, only tracked shipping is available (UPS/35 eu). Packages sent to the U.S. require a significant amount of documentation, so it will take longer to ship them. Thank you for your patience!

🌸 PREORDERS
If an item is listed as ''PREORDER'', it means it's not in stock right now. In short, you pay now and get the item after it's produced. Production times may be long and depends on the item, so please check the listing details before placing the order to know the exact delivery and production timeline.
Note: Â If you purchase both a preorder item and an in-stock item, you will need to wait for the preorder item to be produced in order for them to be shipped together (otherwise you have to make two orders)

🌸 REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

If you didnt' receive your order please send us an email! Tracked shipping has an insurance. Do not ask for refund through Paypal otherwise it will take months. I will do it manually (which is immediate)!
