Refund policy

ALL orders outside European Union are finals. No refund will be emitted, be careful before placing your order. If you received a damages and other issues please refer at the section at the end of the page.

  • How to start a refund process in EUROPEAN UNION:

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to the Exceptions / non-returnable items list below before placing your return.

To start a return, you can contact FILL UP THE WITHDRAWAL FORM.

In the email specify: ORDER NUMBER, whic item(s) you want to return, attach a photo of the item(s)

If your return is accepted -after filling up the form/sending us an email-, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • SHIPPING

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the goods. The shipment must be tracked (tracking number must be sent at shajjung.art@gmail.com). In the event that the customer decides to send the package with an untracked shipment the refund will not be made.

It is the customer's responsibility to pack the goods safely and in their original packaging. If the package arrives damaged and without the original packaging, no refund will be emmitted. If the package get lost for any reason no refund will be emitted.

Once the item arrive we will refund you the item price (no shipping costs/customs will be refunded). Customs fees are responsibility of the customer.

    • REFUND PROCESS
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    • Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • Damaged items: if you received a damaged items, regardless of where you placed your order, please send us an email at shajjung.art@gmail.com and we will assist you asap!
